Unfortunately I have reached a gap in the posting. And I will blame all of this on our current situation of trying to sell our van. Which is not going as well as we hoped. Yesterday, Thursday, we were supposed to have 3 viewings of the van. One couple cancelled on Wednesday because they found another van. The first guy stood us up by stopping to reply to our messages. So we got one showing for an older couple for the Netherlands.

It felt like it went quite good, they were a very nice couple. They still had showings of 2 other vans, so they were going to let us know. Earlier today the verdict came; they have bought another van. And currently no one else is “booked in” for looking at our van. A few people who won’t arrive until end of next week have expressed an interest, but we’d like to sell it sooner. Not getting it sold feels like it ties us down, we can’t finalize any further plans, can’t book any tickets…

Tomorrow we are going to a car fair here in Auckland. Maybe we’ll succeed there. Please send some positive thoughts and lucky vibes, because at this point, we need it.
