When arriving to New Zealand we had a list of thing we wanted to do, like the bungee jump and mount doom.

After so extensive traveling in NZ we were feeling over saturated of the amazing places the cou try has to offer. We didn’t pursue all the the places with intensity that might have been deserved. Here’s a list of thing that we’re left undone during our working holiday.

Hooker valley track

When we arrived tot he area the department of conservation was still trying to fix the extensive flood damage to the track thy had occurred in April 2019. We were not able to schedule a return to the south island later that year when the tracks were re-opened.

Fox glacier track

Exactly the same situation as the hooker valley track.

Waitomo Caves and the surroundings.

This is one of those times we got overwhelmed and took the easy way. We spent several days in the area, but the weather was extremely shitty during the time. When the weather started getting better we just left, instead of taking an extra day to visit one of the most famous tourist spots in the north island.
